RULES FOR MAKING ORDERS 
The stated prices for the tour are valid for the groups of 20 and more participants. 
The cost of the tours can be changed in case the group will be less than 20 participants.
In case the group is not full, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour.
Deadline for applications, payment and cancellation of the social program: April 10, 2020.
Cancellation made up to April 17, 2020- no penalty.
Cancellation made after April 17, 2020 – 100% penalty.
Without the order payment after April 17, 2020 - Pre-booking will be cancelled. 
All refunds shall be made after the Congress, net of banking and additional charges.
